What are nootropics you ask?

The word “nootropic” refers to supplements, herbs or drugs that has properties that enhance mental cognition, concentration, or memory. If you’re familiar with the Bradley Cooper and Robert DeNiro film Limitless¬†then you’ve seen a nootrpoic in action (or at least the idea of it). Now, obviously Hollywood takes its liberties and taking some forskolin pills (an herbal extract that can act as a nootropic) is not going to mold you into the smartest person alive. However, you CAN grab a mental boost from these supplements and help yourself break your habit of procrastination or grind out a mind torturing work task last minute if need be
